Day one was at the V&A listening to lectures on sustainability from different fields. My fav lectures were by Richard Hawkins on 'Climate Safety' and Stephanie Hankey 'Design Activism'.
Day two we chose a brief in groups and ours was to create a habitat along the Hogsmill river outside the bar. We came up with the idea of extending the habitat onto the bar patio by creating habitat hubs and creating a green wall on the main building. For the river we proposed creating a bank on the bar side, to slow the water speed and create new habitats for plant and animals.
